"Schools for the deaf should
work together." - MCCID Head

r. Jojo  Esposa Jr., MCCID Training Director stressed the need for deaf post-secondary    schools to work together for a common beneficiary, the hearing impaired.

During his informal  visit  with Dr. Liza Martinez, DLSU-College of St. Benilde Director for School of Special Studies, he pointed out that institutions helping the deaf  should not compete against each other, but  rather share one another's resources.

His visit together with MCCID students coincides with the week-long celebration of CSB's Deaf Festival '97 last January 24.  They  prepared    some  exciting      parlor games and deaf exhibits.

For her part, Dr. Martinez  offered the school's resources in    creating  a  coordinated network  for the deaf especially in looking for jobs, problems of  fraternities
